Abbey Gate

This was AbbeyCare's first Care Home and the largest, opened in 1961.  The house is a late Victorian building situated on the sea front with glorious views.  The home backs on to Clarence Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds and bowling green. There is a mature front lawn and a patio area to the side of the building. It has a sun lounge, TV room and a sitting room with views to the sea and to Wales.

The Home can accommodate up to 18 people of 65 and over. The accommodation includes:
Resident's lounge and dining room, both with sea views,
Sun lounge,
Activity room,
Library/reading room.
