AbbeyCare Management

We have a small voluntary committee all of whom bring a variety of skills from managerial and financial backgrounds including a medical professional. Day to day management is looked after by our General Manager fully backed up by a Care Manager and staff in each home.

Richard Loynes (Chairman)


Richard has chaired our voluntary Management Committee for the last thirteen years. He spent 35 years in finance before taking early retirement.

 pauline Pauline Harvey (General Manager)

In the Care industry for over 25 years, she was appointed as General Manager in 2006 overseeing the three homes. She holds a NVQ4 in Health & Social Care, Registered Managers Award (RMA) and is an NVQ Assessor.

Worked in Care Industry for 15 yrs and appointed Care Manager in 2010. Holds NVQ3 in Health & Social Care & NVQ4 in Leadership & Management

As a former Minister's wife Anne has many years experience of pastoral care and visits each home regularly each week.

Mair has worked for 16 years in Care Industry, being at the Links since 2000. Qualifications include : RMA, NVQ Assessor.
