I would also like to thank The Manager and all the staff for your faultless care, consideration and patience. You are all an excellent example of how a care home should be run.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the care Betty received from you all at Abbey Gate. She understandably did not settle easily in the beginning, as she was a very independent woman and was not ready to entrust her care to a third party. You ensured she settled however and whenever I spoke to her she always reiterated how kindly the staff were, how lovely were her surroundings and over time I felt confident this to be the case. My telephone calls to her were always answered by members of your staff with politeness and care. I realise the job done by Care professionals is stressful and can be difficult, though I am sure rewarding. Thank you for looking after this much loved family member

Thank you to all the staff for looking after my husband for 5 weeks. Knowing he was being cared for so well, helped me not to worry while I was in hospital. Now back at home he frequently talks of the help and kindness he had at Abbey Gate
