Abbey Gate

This was AbbeyCare's first Care Home and the largest, opened in 1961. The home backs on to Clarence Park, with its beautifully maintained grounds and bowling green. There is a mature front lawn and a patio area to the side of the building. It has a sun lounge, TV room and a sitting room with views to the sea and to Wales.

The Home can accommodate up to 20 people of 65 and over. The accommodation includes: Resident's lounge and dining room, both with sea views. There is a hairdressing area on the ground floor used by our visiting hairdressers.

Abbey Gate, held a Pimp My Zimmer event during Dementia Action Week which involved nursery children helping elderly people and those living with dementia to decorate their walking aids.

Gough House

This overlooks Ellenborough Park in Weston-super-Mare. The Pier and historic town centre is a short walk away, with excellent shopping facilities, and charming Tea Rooms.

The Home is registered for 14 people of 65 and over. There is a large lounge with picture windows and patio doors to the front lawn and a spacious dining room with additional comfortable seating.

The Links

The smallest of our homes, accommodating 11 people of 65 and over. The Links is close to the beach and the former Royal Hospital; it is situated opposite Weston Golf Club. Local shops are a short walk away in Moorland Road.

The Home offers a elegant lounge and dining room, with a patio area to the front of the building and a small car parking area at the side of the building. There is a pleasant and sunny front garden.
